Using Cleaningo
Cleaningo helps you review, organize and delete photos, videos, contacts and files. You're always in control — nothing is permanently deleted without your confirmation.
Deletion is on you
Photo and video selections wait in Cleaningo trash until deletion is confirmed in the app and Photos. Photos may retain them in Recently Deleted; physical storage may not change immediately. Files in selected folders are permanently erased when you empty app trash. Contact deletion and merging take effect immediately after your confirmation and may sync to contact accounts; create a local backup first. iCloud Photos deletion can affect other devices. Compression creates a new copy first; space saving remains potential until the original is removed.
The Apple Standard EULA applies to the app license.
Premium subscription
Cleaningo Pro offers auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscriptions. The current full price, period and any eligible trial are shown before purchase using App Store information. Trials are not available to every account. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Deleting the app or your Cleaningo account does not cancel your App Store subscription. Cancel separately in your Apple account settings.
Free usage and ad rewards
Free users share 10 daily photo/video actions across all categories. Opening the sharing screen for Instagram or for sending to a friend grants 10 extra photo/video actions once per task per day. Posting or sending is optional and is not verified; no recipient or social account data is collected. Cleanup tasks award XP only. Contact cleanup allows 5 contacts, selected-folder cleanup 10 files and compression 1 video per day. Where ads are available, the first three completed rewarded ads add 15, 15 and 30 photo/video actions respectively; every subsequent completed ad adds 5, with no daily ad count limit. Rewards are device-local and non-transferable. Sharing bonuses reset daily. Ad rewards expire at day end with at least one hour to use rewards earned near midnight; carried rewards count toward the next day's first three rewards. Viewing, undo, restoring backups and emptying previously selected trash remain available without ads.
No warranty
Cleaningo is provided as-is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it's error-free. We accept no liability for deleted data — deletion and merging require your confirmation, and recovery depends on the relevant system and backups.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
